The Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation has been giving a sincere effort to attracting businesses and jobs to our area. They have been using both public and private dollars to accomplish their goals but leave no questions in where that money has gone.

Public tax payers that do not understand the business or laws of recruitment and marketing won't realize that the EDC is actually doing quite a bit with the small amount of money it has to work with.
