While only scattered rain is expected for today, there's a good chance Charleston could be in for more rain and lightning on Monday.
The National Weather Service had this to say:
An increase in clouds and showers is likely over our forecast area Monday but there is some model disagreement on key features.

But all-in-all, rain pushing back into the state would likely be a good thing as it would likely hit the upstate, which has been dry and largely neglected by Fay. You can see how dry the upstate is in this map from the National Weather Service of rain for the last seven days:
