With high humidity we're looking at heat indexes around 106 degrees and thunderstorms. Stay out of the sun and drink plenty of fluids.

Temperatures will only be in the mid-90s, but paired with the high humidity will result a heat index around 106 degrees. Thew worst temperatures are expected to be from 2 to 6 p.m. east of Interstate 95.

Intense thunderstorm activity along with strong wind gusts exceeding 60 mph are expected this evening through 10 p.m.
