Beware: Flu season going strong in the Lowcountry

Now's the time to eat your oranges and wash your hands.

If you've got the flu, you probably know it. But, here are the signs according to S.C. DHEC: High fever (temperature higher than 100 degrees Fahrenheit), headache, fatigue, dry cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose.
