The Coastal Uncorked Food and Wine Festival has once again had another bite taken out of them. The Horry County Council voted to reverse the ATAX Committee's original decision to award $40,000 to the organization.

The $40,000 in funds will now go to the Horry County Police Department for additional water safety and beach patrol. Evan Lambert over at WMBF News has the report.
