A teacher in West Ashley has accused a 16-year-old male student of touching her inappropriately ... not once, but twice. First, at school, when she was standing in front of her desk, and later after he followed her to church, the teacher said. Live 5 News reports:

The teacher says the boy reached out and touched her while she was standing in front of his desk on friday.

She says he then followed her to church on Sunday and touched her again!

The student was taken to the Department of Juvenile Justice and has been charged with assault.
