South Carolina's treatment of adolescent criminals worst in nation

The Post and Courier reports that according to a new study, South Carolina has the worst treatment of child criminals in the nation.

The study, conducted by the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin, found that state laws make it too easy to try pre-adolescent children in adult courts.
