Charleston police are investigating a robbery at downtown Charleston's First Reliance Bank at 25 Cumberland Street.

A gunman entered the bank around 9:40 a.m. and fled the scene soon after with an as-of-yet undetermined amount of money. Witnesses are describing the gunman as a 6' black male in his thirties who wore blue sweat pants, a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, and a handkerchief on his face.
