Police investigate downtown homicide

Update August 14: ABC News 4 reports that Moses Otis Dennis, 29, has also been charged with obstruction justice. The station has more details.

Original post: Charleston police are still looking for more information on the fatal shooting of Theodore Fludd around 11:55 p.m. Monday.

So far, police announced that they have arrested only one person, Tylita Roary, 25. She is being charged with obstruction of justice.

Roary was found with Fludd's body when police arrived. The slaying of Fludd, 32, marks the city's eighth homicide of the year.
