Online data analyzers flag North Charleston neighborhood as 13th most dangerous

Slicing through the same data that gives North Charleston controversially poor crime ratings, online site NeighborhoodScout.com narrows the focus to the most dangerous.
And site WalletPop has mashed that into a list of the nation's 25 worst, a method that pegs the North Charleston area of Echo Avenue as number 13.
What go it that rating?
- Predicted annual violent crimes: 233
- Violent crime rate per 1,000 people: 108.86
- My chances of becoming a victim here (in one year): 1 in 9

Note: The area being analyzed is Census Tract 45 in Charleston County which is home to only 1,701 people as of the 200 Census, so we're talking about a pretty small sample size.
