Details have emerged about last week's killing of James Moricoli. Apparently, he had been recently released from jail and returned to live with his mother and 38-year-old brother, Aaron Moricoli. -- Aaron is accused of mortally wounding his brother by hitting him in the head with a cast-iron frying pan.
