From ABC News 4:

The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Gary Nell Eastwood Tuesday night around 9:45 and charged him with assault and battery.

The victim, 32-year-old Thomas James Easterling, told deputies he was waiting in line at a Burger King on Folly Road, when he noticed a truck behind him “smoking his tires and acting aggressively.” According to the incident report, the truck rammed the victim’s car. Easterling got out of his car and approached Eastwood. Witnesses say that’s when a fight broke out and Eastwood bit off Easterling’s nose and spit it out.

The piece of nose was found and reattached at MUSC, though, luckily for Mr. Easterling.
