4th grade student poisons Walterboro teacher (updated)

Update March 8: NBC News 2 has some additional reporting and notes the girl has been recommended for expulsion.
First reporting:
... one of the victims' students, a 9-year-old girl, was [allegedly] bragging to other students that she had "taken care" of the teacher and she wouldn't be coming back to school because of what she put in her drink.
