Police chief chats about foot patrols, no mention of glued lock suspects
Charleston Police Chief Greg Mullen talked with NBC News 2 about the number of patrols that King Street gets. The takeaway message? They probably still don't know who the vandals are.
Update December 2: Yep, looks like they're still going through surveillance footage.
