With bicycle use on the up and up in Charleston we've recently witnessed an effort by the city to educate cyclists on the proper use of bikes and what rules they're subject to.

Well Tom Bradford of Charleston Moves and Peter Wilborn of MyBikeLaw.com got together to hash out a column about the big picture of what's going on and what this adjustment could mean for the growth of cycling in the Holy City.
