New children's store open on lower King Street

Sugar Snap Pea, a new shop on King Street that caters to the kiddie crowd is officially opened for business.
Wednesday marked the grand opening of the new shop, located at 161 1/2 King Street. Inside the space that was once Plum Elements, you'll now find children's toys, equipment, clothing and other organic products.
"It’s basically everything new mommies would need and things that would make the life of new mommies easier," owner Zhenya Lundgren says.
