Last week Delta Airlines announced their 2012 schedule for their new domestic hub at LaGuardia airport. Included in the schedule are daily direct service from Myrtle Beach International Airport.

The new schedule kicks in on March 25th but the Myrtle Beach service won't begin until July 11th. Tickets for the new flights came available this past weekend. The new schedule details are here. You can currently fly direct to LaGuardia via Spirit Airlines and according to this article in The Sun News, Delta has offered this service before during the peak summer season.
