Monster jobs announced they'll open a customer service facility in Florence, that will employee some 350 people.

The facility may grow over time, and they will be recruiting for the position on their Web site in the coming weeks. The company will build a new facility and break ground in the coming months. Operations will begin at a temporary facility in September.

The State adds that earlier this month Heinz announced plans to build and hire 350 people for a $105 million plant to make frozen foods.
