Charleston airport wants to keep charging $4.50 fee on tickets

The Charleston International Airport is looking to extend the $4.50 fee it's been tacking onto tickets since 2010.
The reason? New terminals, parking, and assorted improvements: all that construction at the airport you've been hearing about.
