It's good news, showing that the real estate market may be turning in a positive direction: an Alabama company is planning a large multi-family development in Daniel Island.

The apartment complex, called Talison Row, is proposed to be located near Bishop England High School. The complex will consist of 270 units spread over nine buildings as well as a clubhouse, a community garden, and a pool. It is scheduled to be reviewed by Daniel Island's Commercial Corridor Design Review Board on Thursday.
