While the City of Charleston is offering the usual free parking vouchers in hopes of luring more downtown, there's also a couple of new things that factor in: Opening the streets to pedestrians on Second Sundays, and a free downtown shuttle.

While none of those three points are new news, NBC News 2 has done a video report on how they all factor in to help out the coffers of King Street businesses this holiday season.
