Annual Harborfest canceled, tall ships too hard to nail down
Image by Coast Guard Sadly, you won't see this sight in 2010 in Charleston.
Excited for the return of the tall ships during Charleston's annual Harborfest? Well we have some bad news: It's been canceled.
According to a statement, the festival had a lot of staff turnover and trouble getting enough tall ships to come this year and has instead thought it better to just focus on 2011.
But already some are longing over the absence of a festival that brought 40,000 downtown last year.
