To cover debts, Spirit of South Carolina heads to auction

The meticulously built tall ship replica, Spirit of South Carolina, has hit a bit of pride snag: it's to be sold at auction to pay off more than $2 million in debts accrued by the South Carolina Maritime Foundation.
Ouch.
