Verizon Wireless Charleston Contact Center gathers 75 pounds of soda tabs for Ronald McDonald House

Verizon Wireless Charleston Contact Center employees recently held a drive to collect soda tabs to benefit the CharlestonĀ Ronald McDonald House.

Verizon employees collected 75 pounds of soda tabs over a 3-week period, which Ronald McDonald then sold to JW Aluminum in Moncks Corner.The Charleston Ronald McDonald House accepts soda tabs year-round to raise funds for their organization and encourages other businesses and individuals to do so.

Ronald McDonald Houses around the world offer families a way to stay together, in proximity to the treatment hospital, and be comfortable and cared for during their stay.
