Sweet Meat
It seems as if TheDigitel MYR readers love their veggies. However, we didn't want the meat lovers to feel left out. So I, the Proud Purveyor of Pork, took it upon myself to make a handy little guide on where to pick up fresh meat along the Grand Strand.
It is a shame that the art of the butcher is dying out. Most people don't care about prime cuts or where there meat comes from. But like the rebirth of farmers markets and CSA's, local meat markets may make a comeback.
Remember though, that just because it comes from a butcher's shop it doesn't mean that it local meat. Please ask your butcher first.
