Downtown parks getting 27 new recycling bins

Read more stories on this subject in our recycling topic page.The Keep Charleston Beautiful program that unveiled the first recycling bin in Marion Square last week is adding 27 new bins to parks on the peninsula.
The new bins are being placed in Marion Square, Hampton Park, White Point Garden and Waterfront Park.
