First Report: While no responsible food reporter goes out of his or her way to dis a new restaurant, "food" at the new Carlos 'n' Charlie's in Myrtle Beach is unpalatable and overpriced, and the pre-mixed drinks are an insult to bartenders who craft their concoctions by hand.
