Myrtle Beach's Bamboo Gardens Chinese Restaurant suffers loss

Myrtle Beach Restaurant News is reporting that a long-time Myrtle Beach chef passed away this past Saturday, January 5, 2013.

"70-year-old Ngar Yee “Pearl” Tse, who for more than 40 years helped her family operate Bamboo Gardens Restaurant in Myrtle Beach." 

Via McMillian-Small funeral home:

"Pearl was a hard working person and for over forty years helped operate Bamboo Gardens Restaurant with her family. She had a wonderful sense of humor and always greeted customers with a laugh and smile. She loved children and was always happy when they ate with their families at the restaurant. Pearl was a generous and kind person who always thought of others before herself. She will be remembered by her family as a loving mother, grandmother and devoted wife to her late husband George."
