First Report May 8, 2012: Two new Mexican restaurants are located just blocks from each other in downtown Myrtle Beach on the Boulevard. The first, Nacho Mamas, which opened on Cinco de Mayo; and the second, Banditos, which was set to open around the 5th as well but has seen some set backs.

Update July 6, 2012: Banditos construction should be wrapping up at the end of the month, followed by their grand opening. However, the extension to the boardwalk restaurant owners were hoping for isn't yet complete and the cost is coming out of their pocket as the Myrtle Beach City Council says money for the extension isn't in the budget.
