First report 4/29: On Saturday, April 30, the Myrtle Beach Craft Beer and Homebrew is sponsoring the Highland Beer Dinner at For What It's Worth. For $40 experience select Highland beers paired with a a full dinner menu.

The Highland Beer Dinner Menu: 

Starters - Sweet multigrain rolls made with spent grains from Highland Brewery, served with honey butter

St. Teresa's Pale Ale or Gaelic Ale / Served with Southern Fried Chicken Slider
A chicken breast southern style flash fried with caramelized onions (made with St. Teresa's Pale Ale or Gaelic Ale), pickles and a cilantro lime aioli on a toasted brioche bun

Kashmir IPA / Firehouse Chili
An entourage of spices, sausage and meat with the finest tomatoes and beans slow-cooked with Kashmir IPA for six hours. Served with shoe-string fries and cheddar cheese.

Tasgall Ale / Filet of Beef Bourguignon
Angus beef tenderloin thick sliced and roasted with applewood bacon, pearl onions, baby carrots and shiitake mushrooms in a beef broth with fresh herbs, Cognac and in place of the Pinot Noir, we are using Tasgall Ale.

Black Mocha Stout / Rocky Road Stout Brownies
Brownies made with white and bittersweet chocolate, the finest cocoa powder, bourbon vanilla and Black Mocha Stout topped with marshmellow, mixed nuts and chocolate chips.
