The Charleston City Paper's Jeff Allen has written a rave review of Ladson's El Centro Americano Restaurante and Grocery.

The small, tucked away, Central American grocery store has all of the supplies one needs to prepare a spectacular authentic meal, but the real magic happens in the back of the store. The family run kitchen serves up the tastiest pupusas, soups, fried plantains, and platters this side of the border.
