Chefs discuss strategy for upcoming Coastal Uncorked competition

Seven of the top chefs along the Grand Strand sat down this past Friday, April 29th to discuss the upcoming Coastal Uncorked Food Challenge.

The Food Challenge is one of the biggest highlights of Coastal Uncorked. Last years winner, Chef Mike McKinnon will be back to defend his title and along for the ride this year are some very well known local chefs: Eric Masson from The Brentwood Restaurant, Andrew Gardo from Sea Captain’s House, Brad Daniels from Croissants Bistro & Bakery, Eric Wagner from Horry Georgetown Technical College, Andreann Geise from Mykonos and James Clark from Waterscapes

The Judges of this years competition are Charleston natives, Matt Lee and Ted Lee -better known as The Lee Brothers. Head on over to Coastal Uncorked's Facebook page to see what Chef McKinnon has to say about this years competitors and get the skinny on this years Food Challenge.
