Update July 6:

According to The Post and Courier, Nine Sav-A-Lot stores across South Carolina, including two in the Charleston region, received beef recalled last month because it was possibly tainted with E. coli bacteria.

First reporting:

The beef in question came from JBS Swift Beef Company of Greeley, Colorado.
