Frozen yogurt is so hot right now. In the past couple months at least three frozen yogurt shops have opened around Myrtle Beach. These shops may offer sugar free, fat free but that doesn't mean taste-free.

Lots of ice cream shops have frozen yogurt on their menu and frozen yogurt has been popular since the mid 1980's with the TCBY craze, but now the new trend is self-serve frozen yogurt bar. The newest healthy dessert craze of course comes by way of those health nuts our in California, but these frozen yogurt bars are not only healthy alternatives to the high fat, calories and sugary goodness of traditional ice cream.
