Challenged to do a Lowcountry dinner, here's what Sean Brock would do

Charleston Magazine has a creative piece where they challenged local chef extrodanare Sean Brock of McCrady's to do up an autumn dinner that celebrated the Lowcountry -- and to spend fewer than $20 on each person.
If you're not hungry yet, know the main course is "Slow-Cooked Pork Roast with Sea Island Red Peas, Garden Greens, & Sweet Onion Puree." Yum."
