Mixed martial arts is starting to take hold in Myrtle Beach. This hand-to-hand combat style fighting has gained popularity all across the nation and now is being showcased in our very own back yard.

This weekend on September 23rd, at the X Sports Complex in Myrtle Beach, Warfare MMA Fighting looks to crown a few new South Carolina ISKA champions. A total of 15 bouts will be fought in the cage-style octagon fighting arena. Fox Sports is supposed to be on hand to broadcast the fights as well (unconfirmed, but once we find out more details we will let you know). Tickets run $25 which you can purchase beforehand online or at Broadway Louie's. 

Local ladies MMA fighter, Andy "The Asian Persuasion" Nguyen, looks to dominate once again as she enters the ring.
