Charleston is putting on a free "Tennis block party" with free tennis lessons, music, prizes and refreshments.

The party is Saturday, August 30, from 9:30 a.m. to noon for all ages at the Charleston Tennis Center at 19 Farmfield Avenue (map) and the Maybank Tennis Center, 1880 Houghton Drive (map).
