The ARK, a nonprofit adult respite care facility dealing with Alzheimer’s disease, is holding its 10th annual 'Race for The ARK' charity 5k on August 29.

The race will begin at 7:45 a.m. at Saint Luke’s Lutheran Church and the course will take runners through historic downtown Summerville.

Runners of all ages are encouraged to register for the race.
