Sanford to deliver his final state-of-the-state this evening

The time of Governor Mark Sanford runs thin.
This quote from The Post and Courier really says it all:
Gov. Mark Sanford will deliver his last state-of-the-state address tonight, the beginning of the end for a Republican once considered presidential material who has lost nearly everything except his job over an extra-marital affair.
The state-of-the-state will take place at 7 p.m. before a joint session of the Legislature and will be broadcast on ETV and ETV Radio.
