Isle of Palms cracks down on bringing your buddy to the beach (updated)

Read more stories on this subject in our dogs topic page.First reporting: Isle of Palms residents and visitors who want to bring their pooches to the beach are being forced to pick up a city license and city-issues collar starting on March 1st.

The fee is $10 for residents and $25 for nonresidents and visitors.
