Scholar speaks of his scientific adventure book

Scientist and professor, Neil Shubin, will lecture Saturday, October 18, at the Charleston Music Hall, where he will discuss topics related to his book, "Your Inner Fish: A Journey into the 3.5 Billion-Year-History of the Human Body".

Shubin is a professor of Evolutionary Biology and is the dean of Organismal Biology and Anatomy at the University of Chicago, where he is the senior administrative officer of Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History.

He has completed groundbreaking research in expeditionary paleontology, developmental genetics and genomics.
