College of Charleston all-time leading scorer and Southern Conference Player of the Year Andrew Goudelock showcased his long-range skills at the State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships on Thursday at the University of Houston.

The 6-foot-2 guard defeated Chris Warren of Ole Miss with 21 points in the finals after 16 first-round points and 23 points in the semifinals, which received a standing ovation from the crowd.

"It was really fun tonight," Goudelock said. "Coach Cremins and the rest of the coaches came out to support me, so it made me feel at home. I tried to stay focused and had confidence in my shot. Once I saw a couple go down, it felt good."

The program is slated to re-air several times including Saturday at 1:30 p.m. on ESPN2.

Goudelock, a guard from Stone Mountain, Ga., is one of 20 of the nation's top seniors selected by the National Association of Basketball Coaches to compete in the All-Star Game which will be held today, April 1, at 5:30 p.m. at Reliant Stadium.
