Primary runoffs set for Tuesday

Updated below with results.

Today, June 24, primary election runoffs are being held. Here are the ones in the Charleston-area (view runoffs across the state):

Charleston County
State House District 111 (Dems): Wendell G. Gilliard, Clay N. Middleton. Gillard wins with 56.32 percent of the vote (1,190 votes).

Berkeley County
County Council District 3 (GOP): Bob Call, Billy Elrod. Call wins with 59.26 percent of the vote (240 votes).

Colleton County
Sheriff (GOP): Jason W. Chapman, Guerry L. Buddy Hill Jr. Hill wins with 60.59 percent of the vote (1,673 votes).

Also, you can only vote in the runoff for the party you voted for in the June 10 primary. If you didn't vote June 10, then you can vote in runoffs for either party, but not both parties. (For example, if you voted as a Democrat on June 10, you can only vote in runoffs to choose a Democratic nominee on Tuesday. Same for Republicans.) Here's more information on if you're eligible.
