Update, January 22, 2013: The kind folks over at Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital are hosting a Dental Day again this year on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from noon to 2 p.m. 

The event is for both cats and dogs. You can check out all of the details on their Facebook event page, including information about a discount on dental care.

First report, January 26, 2012: On Saturday, February 4, 2012, Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital is opening their doors to offer free dental evaluations to dogs and cats, regardless if they are patients of the practice or not.

February is National Pet Dental Month. If you've ever wondered about the state of your pet's mouth, here's your chance to have Dr. Kevin Kristick take a look and give you a report.  The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features tooth-brushing demonstrations, door prizes, and refreshments.
