Donate some time this month to help the Charleston Parks Conservancy beautify two of Charleston's parks: Chapel Street Fountain Park and the Windermere Community Garden Greenspace.

Come and learn about the parks, the horticulture, and assist in making these spots beautiful place to be in Charleston

The Charleston Park Angels will be meeting at the Chapel Street Fountain Park on September 1st at 8 a.m. and will be done by 10 a.m.

For the Windermere Community Garden event on September 11th, they'll be meeting behind the Earth Fare and volunteering from 8 to 10 a.m. as well

Anyone interested in volunteering are asking to please bring: Pruners, garden gloves, weeder and a garden bucket. Also, let them know you're coming by e-mailing Paul Wentz or call the Charleston Parks Conservancy office at (843) 724-5003.
