Summerville's 7th annual Taste of the Town

If you're still clamoring for more tastiness and fun after the Harvest Fare, then Summerville 7th annual Taste of the Town is there to rescue you.

The event is Sunday, November 9, from noon to 4 at Summerville's Azalea Park.

Here's what they say about the event held in observance of Veteran's Day:
Taste samples from some of Summerville’s finest eateries and chefs including Buffalo Wild Wings, Candy Bouquet, Carolina Cakes and More, Coosaw Creek Country Club, Cricket & Kyle Catering, Epicure Catering, International House of Pancakes, Logan’s Roadhouse, Noisy Oyster, O’Charley’s Restaurant, Papa Johns Pizza, Pizza Inn, Polka Dot Catering, Relish Downtown, Smokin’ Coles and more!

Joining in the afternoon's entertainment include: Summerville High School Navy JROTC Color Guard; the Singers of Summerville; US Submarine Vets, Inc, Charleston Base and the Sweetgrass Girls. For kid-friendly fun we’ll have: 514 JUMP; Rollings Middle School of the Arts performers; FasTrac Kids; The Little Gym; Rolly Pollies; Tri-County Elite Cheerleading and Dance; Golden Path Martial Arts and the Pinewood Preparatory School Art Club for face painting. Summerville's Artist Guild will present art demonstrations, and don't miss the Summerville Community Orchestra's finale performance of "Patriotism in the Park" beginning at 3 pm.
