Special guest Chef Anh Toan Ho to join Old Village Post for wine dinner

Kick-off the New Year with a first-of-its-kind Beef 7 Ways Wine Dinner at the Old Village Post House, with special guest Chef and Owner of Mi Xào, Anh Toan Ho. Celebrate culinary fusion from Chef de Cuisine Forrest Parker and Chef Anh Toan Ho on Wednesday, January 23rd, at 6:30 p.m.

Chef Anh Toan Ho has brought delicious Vietnamese fare to the Lowcountry by helping the owners at CO on King Street create their menu before he opened his own restaurant, Mì Xào, in Mount Pleasant. Ho and his family are from Hue in central Vietnam which has a very distinctive cuisine.

Together Chef Parker and Chef Ho have created the perfect balance of traditional Vietnamese dishes and Lowcountry favorites for the upcoming dinner. Each course is paired with a refreshing, light and crisp wine. To get a peek at the full menu, click here.

The dinner is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and must be made by calling (843) 388-8935. Online reservations are not accepted for special dinners at this time.
