On Thursday, November 12th, Ted's Butcherblock will be hosting a four course Bourbon-Inspired Craft Beer Dinner from 5 to 7 p.m..
Here's the menu for the evening:
First Course: 3 Year Aged Gouda Custard Tartlet with Bourbon & Double Smoked Bacon Gastrique, Bourbon Pear Chutney & Bitter Greens paired with Ommegang Rare Vos.
Second Course: Leek & Butternut Squash Bisque with Duck Confit Hash, Deglazed with Bourbon paired with Terrapin Beers Gamma Ray.
Third Course: Housemade Grilled Apple & Sage Sausage, Brown Sugar Bourbon Puree, Pea Pudding, & Bourbon Braised Mushrooms paired with Southern Tier Un*Earthly IPA.
Fourth Course: Chocolate Hazelnut Profiteroles with Bourbon Caramel and Vanilla Bourbon Sabayon paired with Stoudts “Fat Dog” Imperial Oatmeal Stout.
