Dine at O-Ku this Sunday to help Japan.

Guests are invited to enjoy a four-course tasting menu for $40, with all of the proceeds going directly to the American Red Cross's disaster relief efforts in Japan.

Here's a look at what'll be on the menu:

• Fuji apple and pear house salad with ginger carrot vinaigrette
• Ginger wasabi crudo with tuna, salmon, and pickled garlic or Dumpling dim sum
• Sushi combination or Grouper misoyaki with kimchee mango salad
• Mochi ice cream or Yuzu pot au creme
