It's the return of the Ted's Butcherblock Bourbon Craft Beer Dinner

On Thursday, November 18th, Ted's Butcherblock will be hosting a four course Bourbon-Inspired Craft Beer Dinner from 5 to 7 p.m.

All featured beers will be either barrel-aged or have a bourbon flavor profile, and the fall-inspired dishes will each have a bourbon component. Be sure and reserve your spot early, this is one of their most popular dinners of the year.

Here’s a sneak peak at the menu:

First Course: Farmhouse Cheddar, Chive & Honey Soufflé w /Arugula, Bourbon-Buttermilk Vinaigrette & Candied Apple Chips - Paired w/ Widmer Reserve Bourbon

Second Course: Sweet Onion, Duck Confit & Chestnut Soup w/ Orange & Bourbon Mascarpone - Paired w/ Ray Terrapin Boom Shaka Lager

Third Course: Wagyu Beef Braised w/ Smoked Hock Jus, Local Turnip Puree, Pumpkin Thyme & Cornbread Pudding, & Espresso-Bourbon Demi Glace - Paired w/ New Holland Dragon’s Milk

Fourth Course: Chocolate Malt Ball Cake w/Amaretto Buttercream, Fleur de Sel Caramel & Bourbon Ice Milk - Paired w/ Kasteel Donker
